1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent (“Customer”, “you”) and Finecore Technology Limited (“Finecore”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account, accessing our sandbox environment, calling Finecore APIs, or utilizing any BaaS infrastructure services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Eligibility & Account Registration
To access Finecore services, you must be a legally incorporated entity or an individual of legal age in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete corporate and beneficial ownership documentation during the KYC/KYB onboarding process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, master credentials, and webhook endpoints. Any transaction initiated using your credentials will be deemed authorized by you.
3. API Usage & Developer Responsibilities
When interacting with Finecore APIs, you agree to:
- Comply with rate limits, API specifications, and security guidelines published in our documentation.
- Ensure all customer end-user funds routed through your integration comply with applicable AML/CFT and sanctions legislation.
- Implement robust cryptographic signature verification on all incoming webhook notifications.
- Never use the platform for unlawful activities, unlicensed money transmission, or sanctioned jurisdictions.
4. Multi-Currency Accounts & Settlements
Finecore provides virtual account issuing and routing through regulated partner banks and financial institutions. Balances held in virtual accounts are safeguarded in accordance with regulatory standards.
Foreign exchange rates and conversion fees are displayed programmatically at the time of quotation. Settlement times may vary depending on destination payment rails, network congestion, and statutory banking holidays.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Finecore retains all right, title, and interest in and to our APIs, SDKs, documentation, logos, and proprietary software algorithms. Subject to compliance with these Terms, Finecore grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate and call our APIs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finecore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or in connection with the use of our infrastructure.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable international commercial arbitration rules, without regard to conflict of law principles.
